Mast shims
Designed to fit regular mast plate sizes, please check your foils mast plate hole spacing with dimensions below. We do offer another shim that has a reduced size for smaller hole spacings. Supplied in grey plastic.
Supplied in single shim.
- 0.5 degrees - 1 degrees 1.5 degrees - 2 degrees
Will fit bolt spacings of between 160 - 200mm (L) x 90mm (W)
Plate size - 215mm length x 130mm width M8 BOLT SIZE so M6 CAN BE USED.
Use these shims to adjust the angle of your mast to refine your feeling of the board to foil.
Will fit any type of foil that has a flat plate connection for Prone foil, wind foil, kite foil, sup foil and wing foil.
For example you can use these shims to adjust your back foot pressure or to raise the nose of the board in flight.
*Shims should be used at users own risk and Foil Sports Australia are not liable to any damage caused to users equipment.
